Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Receptionist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a busy environment.

About the Role:

  • Welcome clients and patients, answer phones, book appointments, and manage payments with efficiency and professionalism
  • Triage patients with training provided during induction
  • Provide advice on vaccine schedules, food, and parasite prevention with confidence and accuracy
  • Prepare estimates for elective procedures with attention to detail
  • Work effectively to enhance customer service skills

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is essential
  • Experience working with animals is highly desirable but not necessary
  • Proficient in computer use with strong technical skills
  • Motivated, caring, and compassionate with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills with ability to work under pressure
  • Organized with high attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented with good communication skills
  • Willingness to contribute to clinic initiatives and goals
