Job Overview

This role is focused on supporting the production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Ensure smooth operation of key admin, inventory, and documentation tasks to support daily manufacturing output.
  • Raise purchase orders, manage stock accuracy, process production paperwork, and maintain digital records.
Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Procurement Management: Raise purchase orders in the system, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Documentation Control: Process production paperwork, maintain digital records, and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Entry and Management: Perform timely and accurate data entry, ensuring all relevant information is recorded correctly.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with production planners and team leaders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the production team as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, inventory, or production administration is highly desirable.
  • System Proficiency: Proficient in utilizing systems, with Microsoft Dynamics experience an advantage.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy are essential.
