About the Position

The Property Manager will assist in overseeing the daily operations of properties across the organisation's portfolio, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role comes with a company vehicle for both work and personal use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key activity and performance indicators.
  • Coordinate monthly submissions to ensure timely delivery and accurate data.
  • Compile tenancy activity reports, providing insights into occupancy rates, rental income, and other relevant metrics.
  • Attend meetings and distribute minutes as required.
  • Draft annual reports for authorisation by senior management.
  • Organise surveys to gather feedback from residents and inform service improvements.
  • Facilitate team meetings, promoting collaboration and driving results.
  • Arrange and attend meetings as requested by senior management.
  • Manage property apportionment, including new additions.
  • Oversee rent runs and send payments in a timely manner.
  • Represent the organisation at meetings, contributing to decision-making.
  • Participate in the budget process, monitoring expenditure.
