We are seeking a highly skilled Technical and Claims Specialist to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our Financial Services Group, you will play a critical role in supporting the provision of specialty insurance products across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of client and insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to agreed-upon KPIs.
- Provide advocacy on complex Financial Lines and Transaction Liability Insurance matters, including strategy and front-end advice on coverage and liability issues.
- Monitor and review regulatory and case law developments, producing client advisory white papers to inform business decisions.
- Offer policy advice and drafting services, including policy comparisons and manuscript policy endorsements to address key client exposures.
- Review and advise on insurer claims behavior, delivering insights to benefit Aon clients.
- Participate in business development opportunities, including policy wording health-checks and technical commentary in tenders.
- Strong customer service focus and commercial claims experience with a working knowledge of Financial Lines.
- Ability to take on additional role responsibilities and senior tasks, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders.
