Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop various structural engineering projects, including bridges, earth retaining structures, and large-span constructions.
  • Manage site activities, including construction phase inspections, structural assessments, and draft plan edits.
  • Prepare structural engineering investigations and designs, perform site inspections, and prepare site surveillance reports.
  • Liaise with supervisors, draftspersons, site managers, steel engineers, architects, and other specialists to carry out designated tasks and ensure project delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in the design of bridges using reinforced, pre-tensioned, and post-tensioned concrete, steel, steel composite, and timber construction.
  • Working knowledge of state road authority design criteria for bridges.
  • Technical report writing for clients and experience in using structural design codes and guidelines.
  • Scheduling and project managing residential and commercial projects.
