About the Role

We seek an experienced professional to join our team as a structural design engineer. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working on complex projects and want to contribute to the development of innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver structural analysis and design for bridges and civil infrastructure.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation including reports, specifications, and design deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering with relevant structural design experience.
  • Familiarity with Australian Standards (e.g., AS5100) and local authority design requirements (e.g., DIT).
  • Proficiency in structural design software such as Autodesk Structural Bridge Design, and experience with 3D modelling tools like Revizto.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing and client interaction.
  • A collaborative mindset, enthusiasm for continuous improvement, and a proactive approach to technical and professional development.
