As a Clinical Nurse Professional Development, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of nursing staff at Hobart Private Hospital.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering education programs that meet the needs of nursing staff.
  • Collaborating with Nursing Unit Managers and other stakeholders to identify educational needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of education programs and staff participation.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you will also require excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with nursing staff and other stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Registered Nurse qualification with Current AHPRA Registration.
  • Certificate IV workplace training and Assessment (or similar).
  • Minimum of 3 years surgical ward nursing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in eLearning platforms.
  • High degree of computer literacy including MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
