Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner and Project Lead

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, working closely with the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of the system.

  • Lead the project from initiation to completion, collaborating with HR, IT, and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of the system.
  • Optimise SAP SuccessFactors across all HR modules.
  • Review and refine system configurations to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Coordinate and manage system testing, including functional integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Assist with data validation to maintain system accuracy and integrity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all system-related inquiries, providing support to end-users.
  • Update user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system documentation.
  • Contribute to change management efforts, including the creation of training materials.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve post-launch issues to ensure smooth system operation.
Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and administering SAP SuccessFactors.
  • A strong understanding of core HR processes and basic knowledge of employment legislation.
