Pursuit Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished business development and project professional to play a central role in shaping the future of Victoria's infrastructure. As a Pursuits & Business Development Lead, you will be empowered to steer the entire work-winning process.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Build and manage your pipeline leading pursuits developing client-focused bid strategies mentoring a passionate team of bid and design professionals.
    • Leverage strong industry relationships especially within the government and private contractor sectors shape client engagement influence project outcomes and contribute to business-wide strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate brings direct experience delivering civil infrastructure projects highways structures ports airports or similar proven commercial acumen and a growth mindset. Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end bids deep knowledge of the local market and a passion for innovative sustainable solutions are essential.
