We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Exercise Instructor to join our team at Genesis Fitness. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will be responsible for leading high-energy fitness classes that cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging group fitness classes that promote physical activity and well-being
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Genesis Fitness's programs and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for members
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to create a supportive and inclusive fitness environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in group fitness instruction
Requirements
  • Qualifications in group fitness instruction (e.g., Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course)
  • Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or relevant body
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Relevant program certification (e.g., Aqua Aerobics, Deep Water Running, Pilates)
  • Working with Children's Check and willingness to undergo a police check
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
