Our Balance team embrace the fitness and wellness lifestyle and industry with enthusiasm. We are seeking experienced Aqua Aerobics Instructors to join our team to instruct classes at our Mayfield indoor pool.

While group fitness will be your focus, assistance with memberships, enquiries and the maintenance of the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities may be required during peak periods.

Please note this role offers a few classes a week (1-2) and has the potential to increase if you express interest in other group fitness classes that we offer at Balance.

**Certifications required: Certificate III in Fitness, First Aid, CPR and Working with Children Check (WWCC)**

**About you**

Backed with industry experience, you will be member focused, with a passion for health and fitness. You will easily build rapport with members and love to help them achieve their fitness goals. One of your biggest strengths will be the ability to provide a safe offerings or individual member needs. You enthusiasm and energy will encourage and motivate members to stay on track for their fitness goals and provide a safe environment for our members to feel comfortable.
