Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead and contribute to a range of activities that support Executive Talent Acquisition and Mobility.

  • Lead the Executive Talent team to deliver high-quality services aligned with the Department's strategic objectives
  • Design and implement executive recruitment and mobility strategies, including proactive sourcing, talent pipeline development, and internal talent management
  • Foster a collaborative team culture and support capability development
  • Lead and support Talent and cross-functional projects as required, working collaboratively with subject matter experts and key stakeholders

About You:

  • You bring deep experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, ideally within NSW Government, with strong knowledge of the GSE Act and related policies
  • You're a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • You are passionate about continuous improvement and team development, along with proven leadership skills in complex organisations
  • You lead with empathy, clarity, and a customer-centric mindset

Benefits:

The salary for this role is $149,739 base plus superannuation. This is a Grade 11/12 position with ongoing opportunities for career growth and development
