Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of customer inquiries and deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Respond to queries via multiple channels, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, issues or complaints regarding their investments, accounts or transactions, guaranteeing high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex client inquiries.
  • Represent the customer voice by gathering feedback and relaying insights to product and engineering teams.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years' experience in a high-performing customer support team, preferably with financial services or superannuation background.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Initiative and autonomy in decision-making.
