Our organization is seeking an accomplished HR professional to join its dedicated HR team, providing exceptional support to the workforce that serve our community.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small HR Business Partner Team, delivering high-quality HR Account Management Services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice to divisions directly or through other team members, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Account Management services including strategic planning, change management, recruitment advice, team performance, individual development, position classification and remuneration, employee relations, case management, resolving grievances and disputes, and misconduct matters.
  • Contributing to the implementation of HR policy and procedures, as well as developing plans that support the organization's strategic objectives and operational performance.

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience in providing expert advisory and specialist consultancy services to senior management across various human resource matters.
  • Leadership experience in leading HR teams across multiple HR functions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with proven ability to consult, negotiate, and liaise effectively with complex and sensitive issues.
  • High-level conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct research, investigate, and undertake projects requiring sensitivity and complexity.
  • Advanced written, oral, and verbal communication skills.
