About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Centre Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of the centre. This role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security within our organization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage Workshop Production: Ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition according to quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure accurate quotes, inspections, and that repairs meet quality expectations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and maintain positive relationships with clients and work providers.
  • Financial Management: Manage profitability by preparing and reviewing budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports.
  • Staffing and Work Provider Relationships: Oversee staffing levels and build strong work provider relationships.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures, reporting incidents, and ensuring compliance.
