The Role

You will be responsible for operational performance, staffing and financial management, planning and implementation of annual business plans, fostering a high-quality customer experience and ensuring effective risk management strategies.

Your Skills
  • A solid background in customer-facing environments with strong interpersonal and people leadership skills.
  • The ability to build rapport with a wide variety of people.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to handle customer queries effectively.
  • Proven experience with management of profit centres or achievement of revenue targets.
