As a highly skilled administrative professional, you will provide support to senior executives and manage office operations. Your responsibilities will include calendar management, email organization, general administrative tasks, office maintenance, and procurement. We are looking for an organized and proactive individual with prior experience in administration or as a personal/executive assistant.
Key Responsibilities:- Calendar and inbox management
- Provide general administrative support (reservations, purchasing, reconciliation etc.)
- Oversee office maintenance, stationery, new starters, and security
- Create and manage purchase orders and maintain updated distribution lists
- Prior experience in administration or as a personal/executive assistant
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Proficiency in SAP is preferred but not essential
What You Bring: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
