Job Opportunity: Accounts Officer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Accounts Officer to perform various financial duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, expense claims, and third-party payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to supplier queries and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Manage payment of suppliers according to agreed terms and prepare electronic funds transfers.
  • Prepare payroll and ensure accuracy with the help of a payroll provider.
  • Assist with month-end reconciliations to maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need 1-3 years' experience as an Accounts Officer, intermediate Excel skills, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to commit to a contract. Strong time management and organizational skills are also essential to meet deadlines and maintain accurate records.
