**Large-Scale System Replacement Program**
Northbridge Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Manager to lead our Large-Scale System Replacement Program.

This program aims to replace Workforce Management and Rostering Systems with SAP S/4 Hana, integrated with SuccessFactors and Kronos. As a key player in the success of the SAP Cloud, you will provide strategic support and operational oversight to ensure the program goals are achieved.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • This will require extensive experience in SAP Cloud, preferably with Workforce Management.
  • A deep understanding of cloud solution implementation, particularly SAP S/4 Hana.
  • Managing both internal and System Integrator Delivered work.
  • A strong business understanding and ability to work with business stakeholders.
  • Managing Change with a focus on Business Oriented Change.
  • Resolving issues with the Vendor and holding the line with the System Integrator.

Requirements:

  • Essential: Business Program/Project Management Experience, Strong Experience in SAP Cloud Implementation.
  • Ideal: Experience in SAP S/4 Hana Implementation, Deep Understanding of Cloud Implementation.
  • Desirable: Experience in Workforce Management Systems such as Kronos, Excellent ability to Manage Vendors and SI's.
