About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Professional to join our team. As an Assistant Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

Job Description:

You will work closely with our experienced educators to develop and implement engaging learning programs that promote children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow;
  • Developing and implementing learning programs that meet the needs of all children;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and outcomes;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services (or equivalent);
  • An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.
