Position Overview
Join Samsung, a leader in technology innovation, as we seek a dedicated Business Systems Delivery Analyst within our Process Innovations (PI) team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our N-ERP (SAP) system through effective process improvement strategies and project implementations utilizing LEAN methodologies. You will spearhead integration projects involving EDI and Hybris systems, focusing on retailer EDI, Hybris online, and 3PL EDI from a PI perspective. Your expertise will be essential in managing comprehensive full life-cycle initiatives tailored to e-Commerce and Hybris business needs.Key Responsibilities
Develop optimized processes by thoroughly analyzing existing workflows within the N-ERP (SAP) system, particularly in SD, MM, LE, and FI/CO modules, ensuring innovation and enhancements across related systems such as Hybris, EDI, RMS, and Workflow. Oversee and coordinate all retailer system integration projects with Samsung N-ERP (SAP) for the order-to-cash process, collaborating closely with retailer IT teams to minimize business process challenges and achieve key performance indicators. Manage the production environment, including e-Commerce, Hybris, and N-ERP systems, which involves problem-solving, teamwork, and initiating new enhancements or solutions. Execute SAP Hybris projects for backend N-ERP (SAP) integrations and testing, requiring effective communication with both local and global Hybris, Sales, and SoD teams. Conduct thorough data analysis to maintain data integrity across business and legacy systems, identifying opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with RHQ/HQ and external partners to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively. Provide continuous coaching, training, and support to your team, serving as the primary point of contact for all PI inquiries. Undertake additional responsibilities related to systems and process improvement projects within the team as necessary.Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. At least 5 years of cross-functional SAP experience, particularly in SD and LE modules; additional experience in MM and FI/CO modules is advantageous. Proven experience in a functional SAP consultant or systems delivery role, with a strong understanding of retailer and 3PL EDI. Demonstrated ability to manage the full lifecycle of SAP implementation projects. Familiarity with Hybris configuration and back-office operations is a plus. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure. A passion for business process management and data analytics.
