About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in Time and Attendance systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Workforce Management Systems (WFS) and SAP, with a strong understanding of industry-leading time and attendance systems such as Kronos or Kris.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Analysis & Optimization
    • Analyze current time and attendance systems to identify areas for improvement.
    • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
    • Recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency and accuracy in tracking employee time and attendance.
  • Implementation & Integration
    • Oversee the implementation of time and attendance solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
    • Facilitate integration between time and attendance systems and other enterprise systems such as SAP.
    • Ensure systems are aligned with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
  • Support & Training
    • Provide technical support for time and attendance systems, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
    • Develop and deliver training materials for end-users to enhance their understanding and use of the system.
    • Create documentation and user guides to support system use and troubleshooting.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Analyze time and attendance data to generate reports that support decision-making and operational efficiency.
    • Identify trends and patterns to provide actionable insights to management.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
  • Project Management
    • Manage projects related to time and attendance systems, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
    • Prepare status reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience
    • Proven experience 6+ years as a Business Analyst, with a focus on time and attendance systems.
    • Hands-on experience with Workforce Management Systems (WFS) and SAP.
    • Familiarity with time and attendance systems such as Kronos, Kris, or similar platforms.
    • Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes related to timekeeping.
  • Skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
