About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Integration Analyst to join our team at the University of South Australia. As a key member of our Integration Management Office, you will play a critical role in shaping the new Adelaide University.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the alignment, integration, and optimisation of curriculum-related systems, ensuring seamless interaction across multiple projects and processes.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements, documenting system interdependencies and driving systems design and process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Project Managers, and IT Product Leads to ensure integration solutions support end-to-end process needs.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating transparent communication, while proactively addressing risks and challenges to ensure successful deployment of integrated systems.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in an area relevant to Project Management or Business Analysis, or extensive equivalent experience gained within a university environment.
  • Extensive senior level business analyst and project management experience in large-scale projects, working across complex organisational structures, preferably within a Vocational and/or Tertiary Education environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in undertaking strategic level feasibility research, business analysis, conducting feasibility studies, business case development, and developing executive level briefings.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple strategic level projects simultaneously, with highly developed organisational skills and a capacity to act independently within established guidelines.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including extensive experience in preparing briefings and analysis reports at the executive level.
