
Healthcare Operations Specialist

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving medical workforce improvement initiatives across the region. This key position requires an individual who can utilize data to lead quality improvement projects, optimize junior medical officer rosters, and enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities:- Manage a small team focused on rostering and payroll inquiries.
- Support departments in developing performance indicators.
- Oversee compliance with locum management systems.
- Engage stakeholders, develop resources, and maintain a culture of accountability and service excellence.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in information and performance management.
- Intermediate skills in SQL, advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
- Experience in developing performance reporting systems and deploying software tools to engage clinicians.
- Demonstrated high-level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a high workload, adapt to changing demands, and deliver to strict deadlines.
