Job Opportunity: Personal Care Assistant

About the Role:
  • Deliver a premium care experience to clients that is genuine, empathetic, and personalized.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport, and companionship.

This role involves working a minimum of 20 hours per week, providing care in accordance with the client's care plan developed by our registered nurses.

Responsibilities:
  1. Meet the safety needs of clients and use equipment safely and properly.
  2. Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
  3. Deliver high-quality care tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or Community Services, or extensive industry experience.
  • National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector).
  • Working With Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion.
  • Ability to speak and write in English, with other languages an asset.
