Project Engineer – Data Centres – Tier 1 & 2 Builders

Atlas Recruitment is currently experiencing a surge in demand for skilled professionals within the rapidly growing Data Centre sector in Melbourne. We are fortunate to be working with some of Victoria's leading Tier 1 & 2 Builders and are currently working across a wide range of Project Engineer (Mid - Senior) opportunities for both fit out & new build Data Centre projects ranging from $50 – 400M in value.

We are currently working on requirements for both Services/MEP Engineers/Coordinators, as well as those who come from a civil, structural & finishes background.

We are seeking:
  • Senior Project Engineers/Coordinators – Civil, Structural, Internals (5 – 10 years' experience)
  • Senior Services/MEP Engineers – (5-10 years' experience)
  • Project Engineers/Coordinators – Civil, Structural, Internals (3 – 6 years' experience)
  • MEP Services Engineers – (3 – 6 years' experience)
Key Skills and Experience Required:
  • Builder Side Experience either Head or Tier 1 Subcontractor.
  • Design Management / Coordination
  • Management & Coordination of subcontractors
  • Project planning & Scheduling
  • Quality Management
  • Project Procurement, cost/budget management.
  • Experience in delivery of structure, façade, fit out OR services
About the Role:
  • Degree in Construction Management/Engineering/Building Services Engineering
  • Exposure to $100M + projects values
  • Ideally some exposure to Data Centres OR Industrial, Pharmaceuticals, Health, Defence or Complex Commercial.
  • To have demonstrated good tenure & progression with Tier 1 & 2 Builders
