The Incubation & Community Lead plays a pivotal role in our Digital Incubation & Growth team, driving innovation and fostering a thriving ecosystem.

This strategic position acts as a liaison between the DIG team and business stakeholders, focusing on uplifting innovation through programs that educate and inspire our people to find their inner entrepreneur.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing programs such as the Innovation Community of Practice, eco-Disruptive, and b-Disruptive hackathon.
  • Developing and maintaining tools, learning materials, and communication channels for DIG.
  • Collaborating with diverse stakeholders across Bupa to ensure prioritization of initiatives that drive maximum value for customers and the business.

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Solid knowledge of discovery and experimentation phases in product development.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, collaboration, and influence skills.
  • An analytical focus with appreciation for data analysis, commercial drivers, business viability, and technical feasibility.
