The opportunity is here for highly motivated and experienced Change Experience Specialists to join our dynamic team as Senior Consultants or Managers.

You'll play a crucial role guiding, designing and delivering our clients' transitions and transformations, ensuring changes are implemented and adopted with confidence and proficiency.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients to assess their change needs and develop tailored change experience strategies and delivery plans.
  • Designing and facilitating experiences, workshops and communication plans to support change initiatives.
  • Conducting stakeholder analysis and developing engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and support for change.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and increased adoption.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and best practices in change management.
  • Contributing to the development of proposals and tender responses.

You'll have the opportunity to grow our team and invest in our practice by participating in team development activities.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in consulting, change experience, organizational development or a related field. You should also be able to conduct change impact assessments to identify the impact of changes on employees and processes, and demonstrate ability to develop personas, user journey maps and other design artifacts to communicate user insights and design concepts.
