Executive Assistant Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Global CEO of our Employee Share plans business. This is a unique opportunity to work with a senior executive and be part of a fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Global CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and preparation of papers.
  • Coordinate meetings and video conferences, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Prepare presentation material and board papers for the Global CEO.
  • Support the development and roll out of various global team projects and initiatives.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate meetings and other administrative matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Office 365 suite, including PowerPoint.
