Executive Assistant Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Global CEO of our Employee Share plans business. This is a unique opportunity to work with a senior executive and be part of a fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Global CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and preparation of papers.
- Coordinate meetings and video conferences, including scheduling and logistics.
- Prepare presentation material and board papers for the Global CEO.
- Support the development and roll out of various global team projects and initiatives.
- Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate meetings and other administrative matters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Office 365 suite, including PowerPoint.
