About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic construction business as Chief Financial Officer. The company is known for its innovative approach to providing quality and cost-effective solutions, and is poised for continued growth in the east coast development boom.

As a key member of the senior management team, the CFO will be responsible for managing all accounting matters, as well as providing commercial support in terms of business planning and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of the finance team of 5
  • Oversight of the budgeting and forecasting process (opex and capex)
  • Development of group strategic plans
  • Monthly reporting packs including commentaries
  • External reporting and compliance including tax
  • Process and system improvements
  • Commercial analysis
  • Management of group cashflow
Requirements
  • 5+ years as CFO in a Construction business
  • 15+ years total experience
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Ability to drive strategy through to execution
