About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Support Worker to join our Community team. As a champion of human rights, you will advocate for the rights, dignity, and equality of adults, young people, and children, ensuring they receive personalized support aligned with their unique needs and aspirations.
Your expertise in managing complex behaviours and understanding PBSPs will be crucial as you implement and review tailored support plans. Building strong relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders will be essential to promote inclusion and independence.

Required Skills and Qualifications- 2 years' experience supporting participants with complex care needs
- Passionate about human rights and driving positive change

- Team player, enthusiastic about collaboration and sharing best practices
