This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional seeking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and communities.
- We are seeking an experienced mental health professional to join our multidisciplinary team, working closely with other health professionals to deliver high-quality care services to patients within the Adult Mental Health Unit, Mental Health Short Stay Unit, and any mental health surge wards that open at Canberra Hospital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough clinical assessments and providing individualized interventions to meet the unique needs of each patient. They will also participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to multidisciplinary team processes, and provide supervision to junior staff members and students.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant must possess excellent clinical judgment, empathy, and a passion for delivering person-centered care.
