Designing user interfaces for experiences across logistics operations is a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will be able to create useful and usable user interfaces that make complex systems appear simple and elegant while being intuitive, efficient, and appealing.

Job Description

This senior product designer will champion the company's emerging design system, working closely with domain experts to become one. They will convert expertise into useful and usable user interfaces, ensuring design solutions are consistent, holistic, and best practice.

  • Own your designs through to production and beyond.
  • Know who your users are and what problems you're solving - champion their experience.
  • Be detail-focused - uphold quality by ensuring solutions are implemented as intended.
  • Test, measure and iterate.

The successful candidate will have exceptional user interface design skills, including interaction design, prototyping, and visual communication. They will also have solid user experience skills, including experience with user testing.

The team works flexibly, with 3 days a week remote and 2 days working together in our CBD office. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will be looking to build strong and meaningful connections with their team and customers as they build our product.

  4. Iterative Improvement: Continuously test, measure, and refine our designs to drive business outcomes.
