About the Role

As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of care professionals in our residential settings. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, a passion for supporting people with disabilities, and experience in managing time, planning work schedules, and demonstrating initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line manager and lead your team towards our mutual goal of providing high-quality support to clients.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance the skills of your team members.
  • Collaborate closely with other leaders to develop individualised plans and ensure excellent services are delivered.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working culture within your team.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements

  • The ability to coach and develop others, with high levels of enthusiasm, initiative, and a positive attitude.
