About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced team leader to manage our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a large and diverse team of warehouse staff, preparing rosters, completing administrative tasks, and conducting team meetings.

The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve high levels of performance. Previous experience in a fast-paced and high-volume industrial environment is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a fork lift licence, EWP licence, and drivers licence. They will also be comfortable using Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
