We are seeking a skilled As-Built Coordinator to join our team.

">

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Red Line Mark-up (RLM) and As-Built process for all design packages related to Permanent Works and Temporary Handover Works.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Ownership of the Master Drawing Register and As-Built Management Plan.">
  • Tracking and monitoring the status of drawings through the design process.">
  • Facilitating internal meetings with Digital Engineering, Drafters & Document Control to discuss RLMs & As-Builts.">
  • Providing reports on RLM & As-Built progress to the Completion Manager, SRLA, and Returned Asset Owners.">
  • Managing Asset Allocation and Transfer process for all Assets built or modified as part of the WPC scope.">
  • Developing and maintaining administrative systems for Asset Management.">

Requirements

">

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction, or Asset Management.

">

Minimum 5 years' experience in an Asset Management role, preferably within a Construction or Rail Transport Operator environment.

">

Ability to develop, use, and maintain administrative systems for Asset Management.

">

Advanced knowledge in the use and operation of DoT DMS, and PASS Assets is highly desirable.

">

Experience and knowledge of Rail Industry and Tunnelling is highly desirable.
