Job Opportunity for Experienced Security Architect

This is a key opportunity for an experienced security architect to contribute to the protection of national digital infrastructure.

As an EL1 equivalent security architect, you'll develop current and future-state security architectures aligned with strategic objectives and provide expert security advice that shapes technical standards across a broad range of projects and technologies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic security solutions to protect enterprise-scale systems.
  • Lead and contribute to threat modelling and risk assessments for major ICT projects.
  • Provide tailored, risk-based security advice and validate design compliance against architecture standards.
  • Develop reusable security patterns and guidance to uplift cybersecurity across government agencies.
  • Key Selection Criteria:
  • Proven ability to provide expert-level security advice and solution architecture development aligned with enterprise and cloud/on-prem standards.
  • Strong understanding of security risk assessment, threat intelligence, and information security standards.
  • Relevant qualifications in computer science or related field and hands-on delivery of secure ICT solutions.

Contract Details:

Available for 12 months with two extension options. Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role.
