About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing and maintaining network security services across various customer environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and improve firewall and network security services
  • Work on day-to-day tasks including admin changes, fault investigation, firmware upgrades, and escalation support
  • Lead and contribute to firewall migrations, security transformations, and new project deployments
  • Configure, implement, and support network and security devices
  • Ensure managed environments meet operational SLAs
  • Provide input into the design and implementation of secure technical solutions and services
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams for clear communication across stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience as a Senior Network Engineer with a focus on firewall and security
  • Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto firewalls (configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, migrations)
  • Additional experience with Fortinet firewalls highly desirable
  • Broader background with Cisco routing, switching, and Meraki solutions
  • IT qualifications in Networking and/or Security disciplines
  • Experience providing L2/L3 support across network and security incidents
  • Familiarity with automating routine IT processes
  • A current driver's license for on-site travel and project rollouts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
