Chief Information Security Officer

This is a strategic and senior leadership role within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing enterprise security strategy, driving compliance and accreditation, and serving as the security authority for Defence and NIC clients.

The Chief Information Security Officer will report directly to the CEO and engage with the board, providing expert advice and guidance on all matters related to information security. This role is a foundation position at a pivotal growth stage, offering a unique opportunity to shape the security function and frameworks that drive mission-critical outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of IT/cybersecurity experience, including senior leadership roles, and hold a TSPV clearance. They will possess a deep understanding of ISM, PSPF, DISP, ASD Essential Eight, ISO 27001, and related standards. A background in sovereign, cloud, or AI/HPC environments would be highly desirable.
