Support Worker Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives.

Your duties will include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks, as well as accompanying individuals to appointments and activities. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships and provide emotional support to those you work with.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in aged care, mental health support, personal care assistance, or community support. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
