Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our Allied Health Services, you will provide administrative support to our Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists.

The role will require you to manage administrative tasks related to the coordination of NDIS plans, service agreements and funding. You will also be responsible for liaising with participants and families, developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, and updating participant information details within our database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks including emails, calls and reporting
  • Manage administrative tasks related to the coordination of NDIS plans, service agreements and funding
  • Liaise with both new and existing participants and families
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
  • Update participant information details within database
  • Look after compliance and documentation
