Cash App is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our EngOps team. As a key member of our engineering operations team, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and strategic decision-making across our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Engineering Operational Excellence at Cash App to uncover valuable insights.
  • Lead data-driven research and analysis on the operational performance of engineering teams, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Apply advanced statistical methods to interpret complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Design and implement data visualizations that are both insightful and accessible to stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing your analysis, with clear recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in solving complex data problems, with a focus on operational metrics.
  • Strong research and statistical analysis skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex quantitative insights to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of leading and executing high-impact data projects, often with cross-functional teams.
