About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Coordinator to join our team. As a Material Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of materials, ensuring that processes comply with EHS and quality requirements. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, managing queries and complaints, and maintaining accurate stock control.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of manufacturing work orders and RFQs/requisitions
* Maintain accurate stock levels and control inventory
* Resolve queries and complaints from internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

* Proven experience in materials/inventory or logistics coordinator roles
* Strong time management and organization skills
* High attention to detail and technical savvy
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
* Customer-centric approach
