About the Role

We have a permanent full-time position available to join our office as a Telesales Consultant.

  • Sharing reception duties and administrative tasks
  • Assisting customers with their advertising needs
  • Calling customers and offering our products
  • Creating ads to customer specifications

Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with customers, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

They must be able to assess customers' advertising needs to deliver the best products for their business and think on their feet. Excellent spelling and grammar are also required.
