Parts Advisor Job Description

William Adams is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join its motivated team in Launceston. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, preferably in earthmoving and/or automotive, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Tasks
  • Dealing with front counter enquiries and locating Cat parts for customers and technicians
  • Following up and actioning outstanding jobs related to parts inquiries and customer concerns
  • System-based parts interpreting using digital and print resources
  • Parts Warehousing tasks (receiving, order picking and dispatch)
  • Ensuring accurate and timely information regarding parts needs
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Mechanical knowledge and background in earthmoving and/or automotive
  • Exceptional communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Experience working on different kinds of systems/databases
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
