Support Worker Forensic Mental Health

Key Responsibilities- Manage patient health records and information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and guidelines.
- Assist with patient registration, admission, and discharge processes, maintaining accurate data entry.
- Maintain patient lists and ensure documentation for admissions, transfers, and separations is completed promptly.
- Manage medical record tracking systems and request medical records as needed.
- Attend and document unit meetings, distributing minutes post-approval.
- Scan forms and reports into relevant databases as required.
- Enter data into CMI/RAPID with high accuracy.
- Experience providing administrative assistance in healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Familiarity with RAPID (mental health database).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
This role supports 75 prison-based custodial mental health beds and outpatient services within a maximum-security forensic mental health complex.
