Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced electrical project manager to lead our team of electricians on commercial projects across Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 4-8 electricians on multiple commercial projects
  • Report project progress, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope, and quality
  • Oversee small to medium-sized commercial projects from start to finish
  • Supervise apprentices and ensure they are consistently improving their standard of work
  • Participate in site meetings and coordinate with clients as required
Requirements
  • Experienced licensed electrician with a minimum of 4 years managing teams
  • Excellent attitude to safety and risk management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
  • Ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate trades, and build strong client relationships
