We are seeking a talented professional to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.
This role plays a crucial part in helping individuals regain independence and achieve their goals in life and work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing intervention programmes, developing rehabilitation plans, and collaborating with clients, families, medical teams, employers, and other stakeholders.
We are looking for someone passionate about making a real difference in people's lives and providing excellent customer care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments relevant to your discipline to develop effective rehabilitation plans
- Design and deliver meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence
- Develop tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies
- Identify barriers and implement practical evidence-based solutions
- Navigate multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery
- Australian recognised degree qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration with ASORC
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders
- Customer first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes
- Ability to work independently in the community
- Driver's licence and vehicle required
- Eligibility for a working with children's check and police clearance
