Rehabilitation Consultant Role

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health experts as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

This role is perfect for those passionate about making a real difference in people's lives and providing exceptional customer care.

Help your clients regain their independence and achieve their goals through effective rehabilitation plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation strategies
  • Designing and implementing intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity
  • Identifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation
  • Empowering clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals by understanding various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes
  • Liaising with clients, family members, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualifications and professional registration in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology (AHPRA, ESSA)
  • Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives in tangible ways
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
  • Commitment to delivering high-level customer service to clients and customers
  • Willingness to work in the community and hold a valid driver's license
  • Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
