We are seeking a seasoned Asset Maintenance Manager to lead our team in optimizing the performance of our equipment.
Fleet Management Role SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to manage and maintain our fleet, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Provide operational direction to technical teams and ensure adherence to established protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Manage equipment under long-term service agreements, demonstrating value through proactive maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with field operations to enhance service quality and customer relationships.
- Participate in health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) programs, incident reviews, and workplace hazard assessments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated technical management, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline, with 3-5 years' experience in power generation/oil & gas industries.
